Originally from Romagna region, Nadia Vincenzi has been a undisputed queen of Italian cuisine for 30 years and all that she is today is the result of a long and successful training in her family’s restaurant in Molise. She began her rewarding and talented career in the restaurant industry at the “San Giuseppe” restaurant in Rovato (BS), and then continued at the “Al Desco” restaurant in Sarnico (BG).
