The agritourism farm Il Colmetto offers traditional ‘farmhouse cooking’, which has its roots in the surrounding area. The main feature of the farmhouse cuisine is that it follows the seasons, using produce coming directly from Il Colmetto’s vegetable plot and stable.
Where possible the agritourism sources every ingredient for its dishes from the farm. It also uses fermentation, an ancient technique but revisited in a contemporary manner, which enhances flavours and completes the natural cycle of rural production. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
