In the centre of Erbusco, Macelleria Roberto sells the finest cuts of beef, exclusively heifers and all bred in the immediate local area. Meat is offered fresh or prepared using traditional techniques, such as maturing for at least 30-35 days.
In addition, a gastronomic selection is available including traditional Brescian recipes and excellent sausages. A selection of Franciacorta wines and jams and preserves straight from the pantry are also available.
