The San Vitale complex has experienced centuries of history that come alive in the old buildings, as well as in the craft distillery, where visitors can watch the distillation process.
The distilled grappa ages in oak barrels stored in the large cellar, which features a vaulted ceiling resting on columns, creating a bewitching and evocative atmosphere. Guided tours are both cultural and informative, combining tradition and modernity, with grappa and spirit tasting experiences in the Grappa Museum.
