The distilled grappa ages in oak barrels stored in the large cellar, which features a vaulted ceiling resting on columns, creating a bewitching and evocative atmosphere. Guided tours are both cultural and informative, combining tradition and modernity, with grappa and spirit tasting experiences in the Grappa Museum.
