The agriturismo Villa Gradoni Charme & Nature is located in the enchanting 16th-century village of Villa, at the foot of the hill known as Gradoni, in Monticelli Brusati. It is part of the estate of the Villa Franciacorta winery.
The property consists of 22 apartments: 10 one-bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom apartments, a Suite and a Junior Suite. Each apartment is unique, as they result from the restoration of the ancient homes of the sharecroppers who inhabited the village in past centuries.
Every apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen. The estate also features the Ela Osteria in Villa restaurant, a barbecue area, outdoor swimming pools, and a children’s play area.
