Four types can be made – white, red, nouveau and dried grape wines – as well as wines called after individual varieties: Sebino Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenere, Nebbiolo and Barbera.
