1st day
Your journey of the senses in Franciacorta starts with a visit to a winery and vineyard. Your guide will introduce you to Franciacorta, with a detailed explanation on vineyard biodiversity as well as the method of production and the tasting of different Franciacorta wines, each of which is able to enhance the characteristics of the vineyards of origin: soil type, functional unit, altitude, exposure, microclimate.
Afterwards you will check in at a charming relais where you can enjoy some tranquillity and get back in touch with your body and spirit to regenerate your 5 senses. For dinner, in a restaurant in a unique location, the chef will delight you with an outstanding gourmet menu.
Overnight stay in the property.
2nd day
The day begins with breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, accompanied by a medium-altitude mountain guide, you will follow a nature trail of around 2 hours walking amidst Franciacorta’s beauty. Immersed in hills covered with vineyards or along the bodies of water of the Torbiere del Sebino Nature Reserve you will come into contact with nature, with its fragrances, colours and sounds.
Lunch on your own. In the afternoon, let yourself be pampered by the warmth of the spa and rediscover yourself. End the day with an energising massage.
That evening, a traditional dinner will be served in the hotel restaurant, where you will taste typical local dishes that will delight your palate.
3rd day
Breakfast at the hotel. The Franciacorta experiential tour ends with a visit to a winery where you will be guided through a blind tasting. Will you be able to use all your senses to discover which wines are being tasted?
