Nestled among our vineyards and adjacent to our winery is the Tenuta Ambrosini farmhouse, run entirely by our family.
Our cuisine reflects the typical flavours of the Franciacorta region. Among the various dishes we offer, all strictly accompanied by our Franciacorta wine, the most representative is the Spiedo Bresciano, consisting of beef, pork and poultry sourced exclusively from our territory and our farm. Our spit is cooked strictly over charcoal for 6 hours, using wood from our vineyards, which guarantees uniform heat and gives it a distinctive aroma.
We have three large dining rooms that can seat 40 people and can be booked for lunches, group dinners, birthdays, christenings and confirmations, corporate dinners, meetings and business gatherings. The menu can be customised to your liking, according to your requests. Closed for the grape harvest in August.
