A wonder of Lake Iseo, this park covers an area of about 20,000 square metres and comprises predominantly the tree species Taxodium ristichum, from which the park takes its name, but also black poplar and white willow. It is also an important habitat for wildlife, including the Grey Heron.
Inside the park is an educational “hut” for showing scientific films and holding experimental workshops, which are organised by trained staff who illustrate the characteristics of the park and the river.
