The municipality of Paderno Franciacorta is located in the upper Po Valley and is bordered to the north by the Brescian Pre-Alps.
The old Oldofredi Castle was restored in the 19th century, but only two cylindrical corner towers and a wall remain of the original parts. Inside the walls stand the ‘Madonna in Castello’, a perfectly preserved church.
