Casa Kore is the headquarters of Kore – event designer, a communication agency specializing in sustainable
corporate and consumer events in Italy and abroad.
Within this context, the Spazio Even, Kore comes to life: a venue designed to host different formats and
adapt according to the needs of each project.
The space features an 85 sqm indoor room, equipped with mobile and modular furnishings that allow for
maximum flexibility and customization of the setup. A professional video projector and sound system
ensure a functional environment for presentations, training sessions and corporate meetings.
A fully equipped kitchen is also available for catering services, complemen,ng the experience with coffee
breaks, light lunches, aperi,fs and dinners. These moments can take place either indoors or on the 50 sqm
covered terrace, overlooking the Franciacorta countryside. Comple,ng the experience, over 2,000 sqm of
outdoor areas provide additional opportunities for open-air activities.
The entire location has been designed with a strong focus on sustainability: geothermal and photovoltaic
systems ensure high energy efficiency and a reduced environmental impact.
