The municipality of Rodengo Saiano is located in the centre of Franciacorta, between the rivers Mella and Oglio. The mainly hilly territory is cultivated with cereals and vines, from which the renowned Franciacorta DOC and Cellatica DOC wines are produced.
The Olivetana Abbey, founded in the 10th century, is one of the most interesting sites in the municipality. The area also offers the Paratico-Brescia cycling route, which passes through vineyards, avenues of oak and lime trees and the tracks of the peat bogs.
