Route 1: Franciacorta Satèn – Yellow path

Starting from ISEO, we go along via Colombera, admiring the Lamette and the lake on the right, and the Torbiere del Sebino on the left. At the end of the road, we turn right, then immediately turn left for CREMIGNANE; at the end of the slight climb, we immediately turn right and reach CLUSANE D’ISEO along the Brescia-Paratico cycle path. We enter the provincial road towards Sarnico and, after the pedestrian traffic light, we turn left: the road, uphill, takes us to COLOMBARO. When the road forks, we take via Manzoni on the right and continue straight towards the centre of the town, beyond which, we pass a large vineyard on the left. We continue on this road, partly tree-lined, until we reach NIGOLINE and, at the stop sign, we turn right for ADRO, passing the Parish Church. If you want, you can turn right and take a short cobbled road that leads to Palazzo Torri and the church of S. Eufemia. If you continue along your route, you take a road through the vineyards. After a few pedal strokes, you will find a descent that leads to the square of the Santuario Madonna della Neve. You ride along the school and at the small roundabout on the left, slightly uphill, you follow the signs for ERBUSCO.

Once you reach the top of a gentle hill, at the crossroads you turn left and, keeping to the right downhill, you go straight onto the narrow Via Lovera. The vineyards that surround you lead you to skirt an entrance gate created by the artist Arnaldo Pomodoro. You continue and at the roundabout you turn right onto the provincial road that you will follow for 200 meters.

After passing some commercial activities on the left, you take the road to CALINO. Continuing straight ahead we arrive at the War Memorial and then turn left following the road sign indicating “Valli” and via Torre. After the descent and the level crossing, we turn left. After a short climb, we reach BETTOLINO di MONTEROTONDO and at the stop sign we turn left following the signs for Provaglio d’Iseo and the provincial road 49. We continue straight for 700 meters and then turn left into via Cimitero. At the bottom of the descent, after the level crossing, we reach BORGONATO. We continue, turn right into via Dosso downhill, and, at the roundabout, turn left towards NIGOLINE.

After passing the industrial area, at the roundabout we turn right, skirting the boundary wall of Villa Panciera-Zoppola on our right, and then take via Grumi straight on. We follow the signs for Timoline-Centro Sportivo. At the stop sign we turn left, continue on via Dalla Chiesa, pass the water park on our right and, at the next stop, we face a long straight road that takes us towards the center of TIMOLINE.

Once we reach a large roundabout, we see the Parish Church in front of us and take the road to Provaglio d’Iseo, flanked by vineyards and cellars. After the last houses, a dirt road on the right will lead to the S. Carlo complex, recently renovated, and then back onto the previous asphalt road but in the opposite direction. After a tour among the vineyards near the Torbiere del Sebino Nature Reserve, we follow the road keeping the shopping center on our left; once we reach the stop sign of provincial road 11, we cross it, and after a slight climb, we reach Cremignane. We retrace the road we took at the beginning (via Colombera) for a few kilometers to return to the starting point, after having traveled about 30 km.
