Located in the heart of Franciacorta, the Due Colombe Al Borgo Antico Restaurant combines tradition and innovation. This combination is reflected in the atmosphere of the restaurant, which is housed in a recently renovated hamlet, and in Chef Stefano Cerveni’s menu, which offers dishes ranging from traditional Franciacorta and family dishes to new, modern and creative inspirations.
In 2010 the location was changed, when the former Locanda Due Colombe, which Chef Cerveni’s parents owned at the time, moved from Rovato to a beautiful site in Borgo San Vitale in Corte Franca.
