Trattoria del Muliner is located at the entrance to the old town of Clusane, a stone’s throw from Lake Iseo. The restaurant has an adjacent private car park and a shop selling local products. Andrea, the chef, and Mauro, the restaurant manager, always offer freshly caught fish and vary the menu according to the seasons.
The main speciality is baked tench with polenta from Clusane De.Co. (municipal designation of origin). Other dishes include: dried lake sardines (Slow Food presidium), perch, meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten- and lactose-free proposals.
