L’Uva Rara was established in 2001 in the heart of Foina di Monticelli Brusati, in an old 15th century farmhouse surrounded by the green hills of Franciacorta.
Franciacorta and Sebino (Lake Iseo) are the inspiration for Uva Rara’s cuisine, the starting point for creating dishes that are faithful to tradition but also bold, with vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free proposals.
This family business is now in the hands of the second generation, and the restaurant offers a menu of ingredients from the land and lake perfected by the creativity of Alessandro Zanoletti and his team.
The wine list, curated by Davide Zanoletti, offers a wide selection from the local area and Italy, with a section dedicated to Franciacorta wines.
