La Torre is a wine estate founded in 1969. Its 17 hectares of vineyards are cultivated according to organic viticulture practises and produce 70,000 bottles each year. Alongside the wine cellar, and also belonging to the owners, is a romantic brick-vaulted restaurant where guests can enjoy wines to accompany the local food.
The vineyards are organically managed and certified, and all wines are aged for a minimum of 30 months. The La Torre winery vinifies three quarters of the grapes harvested and the rest is sold, but it is expected that in the next 5 years everything will be handled in the winery, for a maximum production of 150,000 bottles.
