Gianluca Prandelli, a young local entrepreneur, is writing a whole new story that has its roots in the past, in close collaboration with trade in the area.
This long journey began with the corti franche (free courts) of the Middle Ages, which gave their name to these places, and flourished with the rise of Franciacorta in the 1960s, thanks to the far-sighted vision of entrepreneurs like grandfather Diamante (known as Mantì), who became involved in the area’s wine-making vocation.The Mantì Franciacorta winery proudly stands out for its decision to follow and pass on local traditions but with a young mindset, and the foresight and passion for making high quality products.
