Founded in 1998 and surrounded by the vineyards, the Ambrosini wine estate is run by the Ambrosini family, who are passionately dedicated to farming 10 hectares of vineyards, planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir vines, from which they obtain the following types of Franciacorta wine: Brut “Batudè”, Extra Brut “Santa Caterina”, Dosaggio Zero “Nihil”, Satèn and Ambrosé millesimati and the founder’s Riserva “Lorenzo Ambrosini”.
The Ambrosini family has added agritourism ventures to its winemaking activities, recreating the traditional dishes of the Franciacorta area, which are paired with Franciacorta wines from the winery, and also offering guided tours and walks through the vineyards.
