The Cavalleri winery, founded in 1979 in Erbusco, with dedication and commitment has developed the project outlined by its founder: to produce with the utmost respect for the territory, enhance the unique features of the soil, and pursue a sustainable and pragmatic agricultural model. Its vineyards, which extend over 43 hectares, produce 200,000 bottles a year.
The Cavalleri family are winemakers, their idea of excellence begins with the land. Seriousness and rigour are the words that best describe the company. The vineyards are their greatest asset, the fundamental starting point for creating quality wines. After years of study, research and observation, the company decided to take the path of biodynamic agriculture: this has resulted in wines that are distinguished by clarity, character and elegance. In the wine cellar, as well as the vineyard, maximum attention is paid to detail and quality, with processing reduced to a minimum.
