Terre d’Aenòr was developed as an innovative, young, modern project, which will lead to the creation of a new winery in Franciacorta, in Provaglio d’Iseo. In the meantime, a working wine cellar, equipped with all the latest facilities, has been set up in a property in Provaglio d’Iseo. Terre d’Aenòr covers 42 hectares and is estimated to produce 300,000 bottles per year.
The winery employs a 100% pure organic method, both in the vineyard and in the cellar during the vinification phase and uses only grapes from its own vineyards. Terre d’Aenòr is a new winery, but it can count on the forty years’ experience of its technical manager, Ermes Vianelli, who oversees all the agronomic and oenological aspects of the project, together with a team of young people who work with him. The owner of the winery is Eleonora Bianchi, a young woman who has decided to embrace this entrepreneurial challenge, who wanted to launch a new project based on qualitative excellence and innovation, with a distinctive personality.
