The villa, wine cellar and vineyard are all equally important to Ca’ dei Colli, a Franciacorta brand founded by Enzo Cibaldi in 1989. Ca’ dei Colli is the result of a wine production project that over the years has moved increasingly away from Curtefranca DOC towards Franciacorta DOCG wines.
Today, Ca’ de Colli still retains the hobby-like feel of the original farm, which was created to satisfy the personal desire of the founder to live among nature, relaxing between vineyard and wine cellar in his free time, and, at the same time, to be able to offer friends and customers a quality product. For this reason, the grapes are harvested without excessive concern, letting nature take its course.
