Colline della Stella is a small family-run winery, established in 1997 in the eastern part of Franciacorta. The 15 hectares on which the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines are planted are characterised by active limestone with excellent drainage, which gives the wines great acidity and minerality.
From its respect for the terroir and desire to interpret it in the best possible way, Cantina Colline della Stella has chosen to produce exclusively pas dosé Franciacorta wine that is uncompromising, characterful, vibrant, expressive and elegant.
