The Pian del Maggio winery was founded in 2006 by the family of Aldo Foresti, who has been involved in the world of Franciacorta and Franciacorta wines for 40 years. The winery produces 25,000 bottles a year according to organic and integrated viticulture principles.
All Franciacorta wines are made from a single vintage and with very little sugar added during disgorgement.
The wine cellar is located within the family business, Enoservice, thanks to which all oenological services are available.
