Cantina Bersi Serlini, a historic winery owned by the Bersi Serlini family since 1886, is located in Provaglio d’Iseo in Franciacorta and is the ideal place for those who love the symbiosis between wine and nature, emotions and flavours. Here hospitality reigns supreme. Chiara, the hostess, together with a team of sommeliers and receptionists, is responsible for organising events, wine tastings, picnics, sparkle experiences and personalised mood experiences, among the many other activities. At the Bersi Serlini Winery, cultivation is organic and production is around 200,000 bottles per year.
Manual remuage is still practised in the cellars and some limited editions are Reserve wines that are aged for a minimum of 12 years. Some memorable wines include Franciacorta Blanc de Blancs, Satèn, Rosé and Millesimato. Extra Brut is produced using the grape-only method. Focused on the production of natural wines and paying great attention to the biosystem, Cantina Bersi Serlini is managed by Agostino Migliorati, who had the knowledge of an agronomist and the passion of a landowner. The vineyards surrounding the spacious reception areas and contemporary architecture that contrast harmoniously with the historic 12th century building, make the Bersi Serlini Winery an ideal place for visits and events. In addition to the underground cellars, it is also possible to visit the vineyards and rooms decorated with furniture by designers ranging from Castiglioni to Mackintosh and Rietveld.
