The Corte Fusia winery is located in Coccaglio, in the province of Brescia, in a renovated 17th century palace. The company cultivates 7 hectares of land with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc vines, all grown according to integrated viticulture principles.
The winery’s vineyards are cultivated on Monte Orfano, a sub-zone of Franciacorta that differs from the rest of the area due to its slightly higher temperatures and rocky, clay and generally more calcareous soil. The philosophy of the winery is based on feeling part of the environment and wanting to represent it through wine, one of the most immediate and direct expressions of the land and how man interacts with it. Another fundamental principle concerns respect for the land, and it is for this reason that the Corte Fusia winery always tries to limit manipulation, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
