Strengthened by centuries of history in Valtellina and Graubünden, the Plozza winery has grown over the years, bringing its experience and working methods to different geographical areas. Extending over 7 hectares, its vineyards produce 40,000 bottles a year according to organic, biodynamic and integrated viticulture methods.
Plozza Ome Franciacorta offers five wines of great character that share a common thread: a quest for quality according to the principles of the classic (traditional) method. Manual harvesting of the grapes, gentle crushing of the fruit and long ageing on the lees are the elements that contribute to define the winery’s concept, in other words, quality and innovation with respect for traditions.
The result is a lively Brut, a refined Satèn, an elegant Rosé and the latest, the exquisite Millesimato Dosaggio Zero and Riserva Dosaggio Zero.
