The IBarisèi winery was founded in 1898 in Torbiato di Adro by the ancient Bariselli family of farmers and winegrowers.
The Barisellis are creators of wines that are aged for long periods from grapes of a single vintage. Their production is niche compared to their capacity, and involves extraction of the must by draining to create their Cuvée and Franciacorta wines. The entire production is carried out in the IBarisèi winery, located on the top of the hill in Erbusco, a spectacular setting between Lake Iseo, Monte Isola and Monte Guglielmo.
