The Cavalleri family can boast generations of farmers who have chosen to follow a path of growth, setting themselves high standards using methods that are as natural as possible, starting from the land and reaping the benefits of their work. Franca Contea’s winemaking art begins in the vineyard and continues in the cellar, where the grapes arrive and are immediately pressed using an innovative vacuum press, one of the first and few to be used in Franciacorta.
The label, split in two and characteristic of all its wines, symbolises the past and the present, tradition and technology. The philosophy of Franca Contea is also embodied in the trademark, a Camuno engraving found in the area, which depicts the earth, a plough and the sun.
