Raineri – Franciacorta

Raineri was founded in 2019 from the enthusiasm and vision of Lorenzo Raineri, a young entrepreneur with a degree in Viticulture and Enology from the University of Milan.The project took shape in Erbusco, in the heart of Franciacorta, starting from family vineyards cultivated for over 20 years by his grandfather, a farmer with a profound knowledge of the land. Today, the estate spans 4 hectares of vineyards, planted mainly with Chardonnay and a small portion of Pinot Nero. Production is intentionally limited to approximately 20,000 bottles per year, divided into the three styles that represent the winery’s signature: Satèn, Brut, and Dosaggio Zero.The production philosophy is based on a sustainable approach, aimed at protecting the natural balance of the vineyard and enhancing the value of the terroir.The winery’s distinctive element is the SoloUva Method, which involves the exclusive use of sugars naturally present in the grapes during all stages of vinification. This method enhances the authentic identity of the Franciacorta territory in every glass.
